The Bushman Law Group is proud to represent individuals and organizations that would like to file an amicus curiae brief with the Untied States Supreme Court. In order to file an amicus curiae brief, the briefing parties must grant leave by both parties and an attorney, who is a member of the Supreme Court Bar, must file the brief. An amicus curiae brief is the public’s chance to gain a voice with the honorable justices of the United States Supreme Court on the few, but very important, issues that are decided before them each term.
